Dani Proctor

Dani grew up in Biloxi, MS and played soccer and softball in college at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and Belhaven University. Dani first got connected to FCA as a freshmen in college and soon became a huge part of her life as a college athlete. She served on the FCA Student Leadership Team and as a Huddle Leader at multiple FCA camps while in college. After graduating from Belhaven with a biology degree and plans to go into the medical field, Dani decided to forego a future career in medicine in order to pursue a calling to full-time ministry as FCA staff. 
 
Dani is currently in her 8th year on staff with FCA. She first joined staff in 2017 in Central Mississippi and then moved to Birmingham in 2020 after marrying her husband, Ty. Upon moving to Birmingham, she joined our staff team here and has continued to do middle and high school ministry across the metro area. Dani and Ty attend Shades Mountain Baptist Church, where Ty serves as the Discipleship Coordinator, and they live in Hoover with their two dogs, Riley and Shep!
