It takes a team.

Without a host of participants and volunteer teammates, the work of FCA is severely limited. We have a place for parents, teachers, coaches, athletes, and community members. Our participants and volunteers are involved as often as weekly or as infrequently as once a year at their favorite event. Get in the game! Learn some of the many ways below. The Coach is the most influential person in the sports community. The hours and heart that you put into shaping and equipping athletes will leave a lasting imprint on them for life. We need coaches that see the value in building up athletes for life.

Parents can partner with the ministry of FCA in a number of ways. From joining us in the trenches of ministry as an FCA Sponsor, Huddle Leader, or Character Coach, to partnership through prayer and financial support, to flipping burgers once a year at an event, parents are key contributors to the ministry of FCA.

FCA is a bridge to the local church and for the local church. Our mission is to see every athlete and coach in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church. The local church is a crucial part to seeing our sports culture and community transformed. FCA longs to help serve the local church and to provide opportunity for the Church to be mobilized into the world.

Positions on the FCA Team:
Participant in a huddle, event, camp, or retreat
Student Leader
Huddle Coach for team, multi-sport, or coaches huddle
Guest Speaker
Character Coach for a local team
Camp Staff: small group leader or sports clinician
Hospitality: Grilling, providing food for huddle, serving food at an event, decor, hosting in home, etc.
Creative: Worship, graphic design, photography, videography
Administrative: Event registration table, office support
